Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Income Vault does not store your complete payment-card number or payment credentials. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, personalize income opportunities and plans, save scenarios and progress, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability and features, detect abuse or fraud, and send account-related communications such as verification, password recovery, billing, and service notices.

Artificial intelligence

Income Vault uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, explanations, drafts, plans, and other content. Information you submit may be processed by third-party technology providers that help deliver these features. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, artificial intelligence, analytics, and email delivery. These providers may process information as needed to perform services on our behalf.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored information.

Children

Income Vault is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 18.
