Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Income Vault. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Income Vault provides software, planning tools, AI-assisted features, educational resources, opportunity matching, simulations, tracking tools, and related services intended to help users explore and pursue potential online income opportunities. Income Vault does not operate the businesses, jobs, marketplaces, or other opportunities users may choose to pursue.

User responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether an opportunity, recommendation, plan, or action is appropriate for you. You are responsible for verifying information, complying with applicable laws and regulations, managing your own finances and taxes, and evaluating risks associated with any activity you undertake.

No guarantee of results

Income Vault does not guarantee that you will earn money, obtain customers, secure employment, create a successful business, achieve projected results, or reach any particular income level. Projections, estimates, simulations, examples, scores, and forecasts are informational tools only. Actual results may vary substantially.

AI-generated information

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You should review AI-generated information before using or acting on it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed at the price displayed at purchase and, unless otherwise stated, automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, access generally continues through the remainder of the period already paid for. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable service period begins.

Future subscription levels

Income Vault may offer different subscription levels with different features, opportunity access, AI tools, usage limits, or services. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You may not use Income Vault to break applicable laws, commit fraud, deceive others, violate intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or facilitate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

Intellectual property

Income Vault and its software, branding, interface, original content, methodologies, and related materials are owned by Income Vault or its licensors. You retain rights to original information and content you provide, subject to permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Third-party services

Income Vault may link to or integrate with third-party products or services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, performance, or conduct of third-party services.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Income Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, Income Vault's aggregate liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Income Vault during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
